Church Pastor

I am Andrew Rashford-Hewitt, the Pastor of the Carter Knowle Seventh-day Adventist Church.

My wife Andrea and I want to welcome you to this website, and encourage you to browse through. We hope it will encourage, inspire, and inform you. We also hope that it will help you feel able to take the next step and come and meet us at one of the events that go on during the week, or at one of the Services held at the Church.

The Church is truly an international church, so, wherever you come from, whatever age you are, whatever your background is, we will do our very best to make you feel welcome.

Elders

The Elders of the Church have the responsibility of being the Assistant Pastors in the local Church.

I am Wilton Blake, and I’m the Head Elder of the Carter Knowle Seventh-day Adventist Church. Our aim is to make the Church as accessible and inclusive as possible to all – that includes current members and friends of the Church, and those who may be interested in getting to know the Church. We are happy to visit at home, or to meet at Church to discuss needs further.

Hi, I’m Henry Channer, and I am one of the Elders of the Carter Knowle Seventh-day Adventist Church. I share in the responsibilities outlined by Wilton Blake, and I also have special responsibility for the students who have come to study in Sheffield, and the young people in this local Church.

I’m George Corion, and I am one of the Elders of the Carter Knowle Seventh-day Adventist Church. I share in the responsibilities outlined by Wilton Blake, and I also have special responsibility for supporting the Sabbath School department of this local Church.

I’m John Saddler, and I am one of the Elders of the Carter Knowle Seventh Day Adventist Church. I share in the responsibilities outlined by Wilton Blake, and I also have special responsibility for organising the Youth Retreat, working with the musicians, and the Praise & Worship Team.
