In September 2006 the club attended the North England conference rally day held in Nottingham. The club took part in both the morning and afternoon marches

Carter Knowle Adventurers Awarded joint First Prize at NEC Camporee May 25th -28th 2007

“CK Adventurers Camporee Awarded shared 1st Prize with one other club at the NEC Adventures camporee for best clubs on site. This is a major achievement for the club given that we are one of the newest club within the NEC up against many very large and well established clubs.”

“Points awarded for included correct formal and field uniform outfit, tent and facilities inspection for tidiness and correct construction, clean-safe-hygienic cooking and eating facilities, punctuality for all meetings, emergency contingency plan in place, wet pit in place, code of conduct policy in place, health & safety plan and documentations / certificates in place and much more.”

“Sheffield CK Adventurers Club, in spite of the rain, performed at an excellent level. An award ceremony to be held at CK is being planned where CK Adventures will receive their medals and the club receive the winners shield. Thanks to all staff members (on and off site), parents, supporters, for your sterling efforts in making the Camporee a success and a memorable event for all. Many thanks to the church for your prayers and constant support for the Adventurers & Pathfinders Club.”
